Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

A photo of the item received
Once verified, we'll review your case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Most requests are resolved within 1–3 business days.
Damaged Item
We carefully pack every order, but occasionally shipping damage can occur.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll review your claim and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Missing Package
If your tracking shows Delivered but you can't locate your package, please first:

If the package still can't be found, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Please note that we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.
The Squish Lab is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
