Item Arrived Damaged?
While we carefully package every order, shipping carriers aren't always as gentle as we'd like.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us withinย 48 hours of delivery.

Tracking shows delivered, but you can't find your package?

Please note that The Squish Lab cannot guarantee refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we currently do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect color preference
Accidental purchases
Opened or used products
